Can I have your comments on the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas?

I'm going on vacation there in late March, I'd like any feedback, comments or suggestions on what to do and expect.

ThanksCan I have your comments on the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas?
Here is my run-down of MGM Grand:

Accommodations: MGM offers a variety of nice accommodations, ranging from regular hotel rooms and suites, to West Wing rooms, SKYLOFTS, and high roller suites at The Mansion. They also offer nice suites at The Signature at MGM Grand. Whatever way you choose to go, you will find exceptional service and a helpful staff throughout the resort.

Dining: The best restaurants at MGM are Joel Robuchon, CraftSteak, Nobhill, and Seablue.

Nightlife: The best club at MGM is Studio 54.

Entertainment: Cirque du Soleil "KA" You might also check their website at www.mgmgrand.com to see a listing of traveling shows that will be at their Garden Arena to see if something is there when you visit.

Gaming: MGM offers an array of gaming to suit anyone's desires.

Other Amenities: MGM has a very nice spa and a fantastic hair salon. They offer a few shops to visit and have a Las Vegas monorail station, so you can easily access the rest of the Strip. Finally, their Grand Pool Complex is absolutely fantastic, with a number of pools, hottubs, and a lazy river.

Good luck and I hope you enjoy your trip to Las Vegas.
Very cool place. I stayed there before they remodeled it, when they had more of a Wizard of Oz theme on the interior. The next time I went to Vegas, everything was updated into a more classic hollywood style...LOVE IT!

I didn't eat there very often. I preferred the Round Table Buffet at the Excalibur across the street. Great food, decent prices.

One of the greatest things for me to do was just to walk down the strip and visit all of the hotels/casinos I could in a day. At night, check out all of the free shows at all of the hotels. (Like the Pirate show at T.I., etc). I loved the museums and exhibits. My favorite casinos are New York New York (roller coasters!!), Paris (climb the Eiffel Tower!), The Bellagio (check out the water fountain show!), and The Venetian (You should do the Gondolier ride!)

Have a great time!!Can I have your comments on the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas?
I stayed there 3 or 4 years ago, it's really nice and really big. If you like buffet's, the buffet is the greatest. They have (or at least they did) a cool lion exhibit (although I'm not sure how cool it was for the lions). It's right at the end of the strip, so you can start at the hotel, go to the other end of the strip and come back and see everything in between. You will have fun.
The MGM grand hotel is a good hotel. Its an alright hotel, but I know that it has a lot of rooms compared with the other hotels around the strip. I think its a good hotel, its been around for a long time now.
MGM grand hotel is a lovely place to stay. If you are young I would recommend staying at the Hard Rock to have the most fun and people your age otherwise its a good choice. MGM owns most of the strip and have a great reputation.
It's nice.
Its nice. But I thought it was overrated. EVeryone was raving about it, but I found it to be no better then many other hotels on the strip I have stayed at.

The place is so huge that it can take your whole trip before you even figure out the layout.
My wife and I stayed there last year in December. It was nice but they have flaw. They greeted us before we even reach the check-in counter, they were also very fast. We got the Celebrity Suite everything was nice and roomy but the TV. You would think hotel that nice would have a big screen TV, but it was this old and out dated one in our room.

If we stay there again I would upgrade for sure.
