Is their any remnants of the Wizard of OZ theme left at the MGM Grand?

I remember first walking in the MGM Grand back in 1993 and looking at the emerald city and getting pictures taken with Dorothy, The Tin man, Scarecrow and the Lion, the witch riding across the sky above the entrance and the Rainbow ceiling in the casino. But are their any remnants of the wizard of OZ theme left? I know they still have the Emerald color on the exterior of the hotel.



Does anybody have any memories of the old MGM Grand before they drastically de themed it?Is their any remnants of the Wizard of OZ theme left at the MGM Grand?
That was cool the way they had the balloon with Dorothy in the basket and Toto trying to get in. They eliminated the movie theme when MGM sold the movie studio and all the rights to the movies. They had to stop because they didn't have the rights to display the movies. I have a photo of that display somewhere. All a memory now.Is their any remnants of the Wizard of OZ theme left at the MGM Grand?
They rebuilt the entire entrance when they discovered that in Asian cultures "into the mouth of the lion" is bad luck. Where the Wizard of OZ was is now the Texas Hold-em tournament area and a big bar.
