Is there a bus i can take from east jefferson in detroit to the mgm grand in detroit please?
No, not Directly to the MGM, but you can take a Bus on East Jefferson upto the GM building, from there take the People Mover all the way to the Rosa Parks station, get off there and MGM Grand is walking distance.
