Which hotel to book in vegas MGM grand, palms or imperial palace?

ive narrowed it down to MGM grand, palms and imperial palace.. there are five single guys going to party. is it worth it to pay the extra money to stay at the MGM grand rather than the imperial palace. ive stayed at the palace before and it was fine but the bars sucked and no clubs (or none that i wanted to go to). Im also considering the palms but its off the strip.Which hotel to book in vegas MGM grand, palms or imperial palace?
Probably MGM as IP looks a bit grubby and Palms is off the strip but great for partying
If you are really looking to party, I would stay at the Palms, but be prepared to do everything at the Palms since it is not near the strip. MGM Grand is a nice place, they have managed to keep it updated over the years, but I wouldn't consider it a place for guys to hang out and party. Imperial Palace is a great place to stay if you are going to be so f-ing wasted that you won't mind sleeping in a rat hole. I would consider Planet Hollywood, it has more of a party vibe with girls in lingerie dancing by the tables, and a younger crowd. PH is also more centrally located on the strip and in the same price range as MGM Grand. Otherwise if you like the location of the Imperial Palace, I would stay next door at Harrahs, that place is always hopping, and they are a simple, clean place.Which hotel to book in vegas MGM grand, palms or imperial palace?
Palms would be the best for what you are looking for. Rent a car to get to and from the strip. That way you can get to any place along the strip without walking. IP is one of the cheapest places to stay but you get what you pay for and if you hook up with a girl it wouldn't be very impressive to tell her you are staying at the IP.
If it's partying your after then the Palms is probably your best option even though it is not on the strip. To get to the strip for free just walk across the road to the Gold Coast hotel - they have a free shuttle to the strip during the day (up to about midnight) and back again. They run about every 20/25 minutes or so and drop you off in the center of the strip at Bill's Gamblin' Hall.

You stated what you wanted to do was party. One of the best party place is the Palms. It has the Playboy Club, Moon, and Rain. For five single guys I would stay at Palms Las Vegas Hotel.

IP is just a cheap place to stay mid Strip. MGM is better but the Palms is definitely a party hotel.



How about the Hard Rock??
Based on location...I'd go for MGM. Palms is nice but like you stated it is a ways from the strip.
