I would imagine all, as obviously people visit the casinos to gamble, and would like to use the leisure facilities too, but need to make sure.
Thanks! Are the pool complexes (specifically MGM grand) on Las Vegas Blvd Open to all?
MGM Grand has two pool complexes. The Grand Pools is open to guests of MGM Grand and the Signature only and the Wet Republic is open to the general public, for a fee.

The pool area at Planet Hollywood however is open to the public for a cost of $20 per person, per day, and if you are a guest at another Harrah's property you can enter at no charge by showing your room key.
Here is something to remember, Hotels and casinos are run separately from each other here. That is why room prices have risen to make the hotel pay it's own way and not rely on the casino. This is how corporate America runs things unlike the mob. You use to get rooms free so you would gamble at their casino. Pools are part of the hotel and are included in the price of the room. You don't stay there you don't use their pool. Are the pool complexes (specifically MGM grand) on Las Vegas Blvd Open to all?
All pools are open to hotel guest who can provide a room key as proof of having a room in that Hotel Casino otherwise you will be charged admission to enter the pool because you are not a hotel guest but it's almost October and Pool Season is close to being over.
Most hotel pool complexes are only available to hotel guests. However, a small number will allow those not staying at the hotel to use the pool for an admission fee.
The main pool area at MGM Grand is only for hotel guests. However, you can pay to get into Wet Republic.
The pools are open to guests of that hotel, however, many allow people to pay $10 a day to enjoy the pool. BTW pools close in a couple of weeks
