I live and work as a dealer in vegas and i would say that 98% of the casinos here do there test by hair. Some still do there test by urine, but for the most part most big casinos use the hair test. The hair test cost more, but goes back further into your past. These casinos spend a lot of time and money on you, so they want to be sure your drug free. Anyways all casinos do random testing as well, so it's either drugs or a job, what is more worth it?
The MGM as with all licensed casinos do test for drugs using urine tests.

Why don't you stop being a druggy, and then it won't matter.
hair tests are used. they are more reliable and you can't beat them . stay clean for 90 days then go for it.but remember casinos also random test employees.
