Drinks in Vegas are not complimentary unless you gamble and spend a lot of money!
I would think they would have tubes for the lazy river; however, there might be a fee. Also on line says the Lazy River is closed during the winter, so if I was you, I would call to make sure it is open...it did just snow in Northern Nevada yesterday. Yes, I know Vegas is south, but you never know!
