I love hotel life, because i love to meet new people. So i want to know if its possible to live out there and if it is, how much it would cost, and will i have to get a job at the hotel in order to stay there?Does anyone know how much it would cost to live at the mgm grand in las vegas?
It is against the law here in Las Vegas to stay in a room longer than two weeks. Some hotels have designated suites as condos which have to be sold to investors and then they can be rented out as rentals for a night. However you can rent from an investor. MGM has the Signature Towers that can be lived in. This is completely separate from the hotel.
I know what you mean! I like the Hotel life to! I believe you can stay in a hotel room up to 6 months. I'm just guessing on this, it may vary to casino to casino. How much would it cost?? I have no idea, it depend on the type of room you want.. They have condos at the Palms, Planet Hollywood which is really nice and MGM to i believe.Does anyone know how much it would cost to live at the mgm grand in las vegas?
That is something you would have to talk to one of the hotel managers about.
Some hotels allow you to stay there at a discounted price if you work for them.
Though I think it would be quite a bit to stay there anyway
You could check out their site to get an idea of what you would be paying maybe.

Though I think you would really have to be working for them to stay there any extended amount of time.
You could buy a unit at Signature and live there, you can probably find a bank-owned unit for as little as $200,000 if you can pay cash or can find a lender to write a condotel mortgage these days. The HOA fees are probably going to be more than your mortgage though. You don't have to work there to live there.
Your best bet would be to move in an apartment, and get a job at the hotel to meet people. You couldn't afford to live in the MGM--maybe the Super 8.
People do not live at the MGM Grand. There is a time share on grounds where people live long term. And having a job there has nothing to do with living there.
the price varies, MGM has the signature which is separate to the MGM Grand.
for a single room its around $390 and a casino rate will be around $270
