The distance between the two is almost exactly 3 miles. It will take at least an hour to walk that distance, but probably more. Three miles an hour is still a pretty quick walking pace, and it's just hard to walk that fast with the crowds, the crossings, etc. I would allow 90 minutes. Or I would take the bus or monorail....How long would it take to walk from circus circus to Mgm grand in las vegas?
Well...the 'honest' answer...would be 'a really long time!' Unless you are a power-walker or pretty fast jogger with no intention of looking at anything or stopping for anything along the way.
Technically, it's about 3 miles...sure...but that's if you were on a 'zip-line' or "as the crow flies" type of traveling. You will come across a number of traffic light intersections and others with 'bridges' that take you 'over' the streets...but the locations to get up and over take you 'just a bit' off the intersection and up an escalator (could walk/run the steps?)...where you then walk over the traffic...back down the escaltor (or walk/run down? lol) and then you get to work your way back onto that "as the crow flies" path. That's pretty much the way it'll be all throughout the 3 miles...that and all the people along the street trying to hand you pamphlets, 'entertain' you with street performances, simply moving slower than you because they are taking pictures/videos or taking in the sights...that if you are in a hurry...you'd have to ignore.
Realistically, without going into any casinos, stopping to take pictures, and ignoring ALL distractions along the way...at best...maybe an hour. Figure lights, crowds, 'not a straight line' walking pattern...and other 'slow you down' delays to add about 15 minutes or more to your walk. Then figure the average human walks about 4 miles and hour...when focused on walking and not looking around. So, an hour or so...at best, realistically.
Honestly...if you've never been here, never walked the strip, don't have VERY comfortable walking shoes, etc etc etc...I'd stay closer to the MGM if that's your destination...the savings in time from walking, taking a bus and definitely not a cab...would be worth it!
You're better off taking a city bus! An all-day pass is less than a one-way cab ride...but it stops along the way...so plan for it not to be too fast...but MUCH faster than walking!
They're about 3 miles apart. Many of the intersections of cross walks over the streets, but you will still have to stop at some traffic lights. And there is a lot of foot traffic on Las Vegas Blvd. I would think it would take a minimum of an hour, closer to 90 minutes. How long would it take to walk from circus circus to Mgm grand in las vegas?
Thats a long walk, maybe 40-60 mins depending on street traffic and if you stop or whatever.
Also, Circus circus is not in a nice part of town. You are better off taking a cab, it will cost you $10.
Depending on how fast you walk and how often you stop to look at stuff, anything from 30 minutes to an hour and a half :)
Depending on the heat and how many breaks you need I'd estimate probably about 1hour. I think they're about 2 1/2 -3 miles apart
along hot walk there is a bus you can catch right in front of the circus
Probably 45 minutes if you're fit, or 1.5 hours when it gets really hot outside.
I don't recommend it.
About an hour.
About 20 minutes with people walking around you. Instead walk to Bellagio and take the free monorail to Monte Carlo and walk across the street
