Is MGM grand a nice place to stay? Is Studio 54 in the MGM a place to dance and party?

This will be my husband and I 1st time! I can't decide on Studio 54 or Tabu. If anyone has experience these clubs please help! I could also use some tips. ThanksIs MGM grand a nice place to stay? Is Studio 54 in the MGM a place to dance and party?
I just went to Vegas in September and I was not impressed with the MGM Grand, but you might like it. We stayed at The Mirage which is more in the middle of the strip.



If you like the club scene, Tabu or Studio 54 I'm sure you will enjoy either. But if you are not a clubber I would highly recommend Margaritaville. It's a bar/club, they have amazing nachos, great drinks and had a live classic rock band when we went. (They have a dance floor too!) It was way better than the clubs! There is also an outdoor area in the middle of the strip with outdoor bars, crowds and music. Don't tie yourself down to one place, there is tons to see and do!
