Has anyone done the Grand Caynon helicopter ride in Vagas,or stayed at the MGM Grand?

my dad did the helicopter ride he said it was scary but good i'd recommend going down on a mule that was really cool !!!Has anyone done the Grand Caynon helicopter ride in Vagas,or stayed at the MGM Grand?

I did the helicopter ride. Absolutely fabulous and amazing views. Included in the package was lunch at a ranch with horse riding afterwards.

I've spent many a night in the MGM grand, but all of them in the Centrifuge bar!



I didn't quite go on a helicopter ride, but a colleague of mine is a qualified pilot and took some of us flying over there in a light aircraft. It was fantastic. I highly recommend it. (I've heard the helicopter rides aren't quite as good, as they only take you a short distance, but they do fly lower, which is more spectacular.)
No to the helicopter ride, but yes to the MGM Grand. It certainly lives up to its name! Very plush, a little expensive for us (so we moved over the road to a cheaper hotel), 24 hour casino etc - all the things you'd expect from a Las Vegas hotel really - also HUGE beds! Hope you enjoy your stay.

I stayed two nights at the MGM grand - it's very nice but the staff there aren't the best I have come across in Las Vegas (They were BRILLIANT at Circus Circus). The helicopter ride was 20 mins but the small plane flight was 40. The chopper gave you a better view than the plane but cost almost 25% more.
