MGM grand vs. Ceasars resort?

Which hotel would you guys recommend for a fun and crazy bachelor party for 8 guys? MGM is about half the price but which one has a better pool? Better party atmosphere? better location?

While Caesar's Palace has the larger Club...(MGM's Studio 54 is pretty cool, but not as big as Pure and Pure also has the Pussycat Dolls thing!)...MGM is the winner in regards to the room!!!



My suggestion:



Book your room at MGM (the elevator to the rooms is very close the the valet/front desk area...so rolling in from the clubs is quick and easy!!! ALSO, they have some "seriously cool" suites...if you choose to have a "bit of a party" there pre- or post-clubbing! So long as you don't go too crazy in the room (open to interpretation) the MGM is usually pretty cool about in-room parties (with the larger suites anyway!).



Also, Caesar's pool is nice...but MGM has a Pool Party area set aside for those looking to have a "club experience" poolside...a smaller version of the pool party at The Hard Rock Hotel, as do others (Mandalay Bay, M resort, etc)...but with some seriously good looking ladies too!!!



"My" thoughts and plans would be to arrange...a cool spot for dinner, then a couple limos and free VIP entry into one or more "strip club" spots...then VIP entry into one or more Mega Clubs (Pure, sure..but I also like LAX, Tryst...and XS!!!)...and maybe an "after party" back in the SUITE (again, easy entry to the elevators).



Of course the room can be anywhere...but I do have my best "connections" at the MGM, Mandalay Bay/THE Hotel, etc...because MGM %26amp; Mandalay Bay are usually the most in-suite Party-friendly hotels. You can also contact The Vegas Connection at 888-966-7770 for "never pay above retail" concierge help. Most VIP sites and hosts associated with Vegas charge 'extra' above the club or whatever prices you would pay normally...not these guys...you pay what you would have paid normally, but with "connections" you still get the VIP treatment.MGM grand vs. Ceasars resort?
Hi Paul, caesars palace is the better hotel BUT that is a place were you would want to bring your girlfriend/wife, if youre with the boys, for sure the MGM grand and they have a good pool with the Wet Republic club. Caesars pool is more relax and kicked back, nothing really wild there.

MGM has 5 pools opposed to Caesars having only 3 but Caesars, in my opinion, is more centrally located and they also filmed the "Hangover" there.

MGM is too...grand so I would go with the Roman leader's hotel. PURE is a great nightclub too.

This is a tough one because both hotels are beautiful. Caesars on the other hand is a little conversative and if you have to party, then pick the MGM Grand.

I liked the MGM Grand. Ceasars is magestic but for a party atmosphere I would go for MGM to have fun.
MGM Grand would be better. Caesars is classier with the old time Vegas feel. Almost like the mob still owns it but they don't.
Most of the big fights are held at the MGM, so they are use to accommodating huge wild party crowds.
