should he just wear his casual clothes or would be okay if he wore the sweatshirt
any one ever been to a live fightEver been to a live hbo boxing fight at mgm grand?
I myself have been to many fights in Vegas including the recent Mayweather- Hatton fight (which looked like little England) and from my personal experience I have never had a problem. Only a jerk would waste a chunk of money to go to a fight to start trouble. When Hearns would fight in Vegas I would wear my leather ''Hitman'' jacket signed by him and never had problems. There is so much security at the fights when trouble breaks out its squashed quick. Thank Tyson for the increase, ever since the ''bite fight'' when the casino had to be shut down and the swat team was called in there is a bigger security presence. Tell your kid to wear his RJJ sweatshirt with pride and make sure he has a good seat!
EDIT: The fight is being held at M.S.G. In New York so REALLY make sure he has a good seat!
I'm a Puertorican...and knowing the peole of ma country they are truobe makers and if your son is sorrounded by puertorricans....the might shout at him bt they will nothithim or start trouble...they are very respectful in that situation!Ever been to a live hbo boxing fight at mgm grand?
Yes, I went to the first fight between Winky Wright and Shane Mosley during Spring Break in 2004. It was a great fight.
Your son should be okay wearing the sweatshirt. I mean, hell, they sell them there at the event, and people put them on right away. I was at the MGM Grand for De La Hoya/Mayweather, and there were very few problems. The only people causing stuff were the Mayweather "casual" fans who thought they were "big ballas" and that Floyd was "gangsta" so they had to cause stuff with all the DLH fans. Security handled those clowns.
Most people who shell out the bucks for these kind of fights have their guy they're pulling for but mainly just want to see a good fight, so it's all good. We went drinking after the fight with both DLH people and Mayweather people, so in the end it's all about the sport.
