Searched on the internet for hotel promotions and found one for the MGM Grand. Only thing is its called a locals exclusive. It doesnt however actually state its for lcals only. Has anyone used this code from outside lvMGM Grand promotions?

When it does not actually state its for locals only I would book it because not the promotion name is important, the rules from the promotions are important.
Locals exclusive means you have to show a Nevada ID to qualify for the promotion. Always read the fine print.

www.smartervegas.com will give you all the promotions available and to be honest, I would chose a diiferent hotel, that one is so massive, you could spend a full day trying to figure out how to get out! I would go for Treasure Island thats within the same sort of price range and is in a great location.
