I am looking for feedback from anyone who had or attended a wedding at the MGM Grand, Las Vegas in the Chapel. ALSO, we are considering our reception at FIAMMA, so if you have been to a private event there, or even just for dinner, your feedback is greatly appreciated! THANKS!Wedding at MGM Grand?
Hi there. I didn't get married there, but I did seriously take it into account as a possible place to do it. I think it's a very lovely place and they'll do a great job. (It wouldn't work for me because I had 50 guests - too expensive). I do remember that I liked the setting and that they weren't next door to the casino. And that there was a changing room. I'm sure it will be lovely - Good luck!
I can't help you with MGM Grand, but a friend of mine almost had a Vegas wedding and I wanted to pass a bit of wisdom on to you. Most package weddings in Vegas seem to lock you into a very specific set of stuff. You can't say "I don't want a photographer" or "I'd rather a different DJ" or stuff like that. So when you are meeting with the coordinator, make sure you know exactly how much you have a say in.
Good luck and congrats!Wedding at MGM Grand?
I took a look at the Chapel at the MGM grand when I was looking for a hotel for my wedding -- although I loved their ideas and how pretty the place was, my heart went to the Excalibur and their beautiful chapel and package offering.
I looked at it, but choose Mandalay Bay for us. Good Luck to you two!
