as far as West virginia, never been but there's too many counties in WV that are kind of "red neckish". so not exactly very many "city-folk" stuff round there...

Where in virginia or west virginia is there a mgm grand casino?
there isn't. Gambling is outlawed outside of the lottery in virginia because of the whole "commonwealth" thing. Basically it's run by old people. so no fun after midnight.
